Question by Josh: How not to say "sex" straight out in an essay?
I'm trying to write an english essay. And in my book, these people start to have sex on the couch. I really don't want to come straight out in my essay and tell my teacher that they're having sex. How can I say it in a more discrete way?

Say that they are "copulating." Ha-Ha.
